In the past we’ve brought Sissy Wish (Bergen, Norway); My Two Toms (Bristol, UK); Dressy Bessy (Denver); Ha Ha Tonka (formerly Amsterband) (Springfield, MO); The Pine Hill Haints and The Counterclockwise (Huntsville, AL); Can Kickers (New London, CT); The Sun (Columbus); Cities (Chapel Hill); The Poison Control Center (Ames); Charlie Parr (Duluth); Hopewell (New York City); Moth (Cincinnati); Faux Jean, The Melismatics, Big Ditch Road, Romantica, The Hopefuls (formerly The Olympic Hopefuls), Chris Koza, Friends Like These, Mike Gunther and His Restless Souls, Ouija Radio, The Rakes, The Vestals, and The Martin Devaney Band (all from Minneapolis); Navan (Madison); Souled American, The Ike Reilly Assassination, The Skies We Built, Eastern Blok (formerly The Goran Ivanovic Group), and Light FM (Chicago); The Foundry Field Recordings, Witch’s Hat, Ellie Come Home, Los Locomotives, and The State (Columbia); Wisely, Bedroom Walls, Steve Ewing and Zack Hexum (Los Angeles); So Many Dynamos, Target Market, Fundamental Elements, Lojic, Theodore, Full Day Affair, and The Floating City (St. Louis); Dark Shift and Brief Candles (Milwaukee); Arthur Dodge (Lawrence); Alice (St. Joseph), Spot (Austin); and Brothers Green and The Mr. Dovebelly All-Stars (Kansas City).

These bands have played with some of Kirksville’s finest bands and musicians: The 4Fifths Quintet; The Tim AuBuchon Group, Bartholomew Bean, Beggars Can’t Be Choosers, Come to Japan; Deadwood, Grass Withers, HappyAss, Memory Selector, Joe Moccia, Jonny Numbercruncher and His Moist-Eyed Mothers, Please Please Please, Left Hand Black, Quarterstone, Monk Prophet, The Pussy Posse, Todd Rocket, Peter Rolnick, The Rollins Blues Revival, John Rutter, Sycosis, Ticky Tackies, Turtle and Violin, When Starlight Falls, Jessie Witherell, Wompus and Stop, Thief! among them.

These musicians span a range of styles and genres: jazz, blues, soul, hip hop, world, acoustic, celtic, and (most of the time) straight-up rock and roll. First and last, though, we aim to support exciting, original music in Northeast Missouri.
